Yees Rock

In Chicago, there are only four cool Yees that I know of - my mom, dad, brother and I, so it was really great to have more cool Yees come to visit. Although we haven't seen each other in thirteen years, there were no awkward silences or over-politeness that usually happens between people who have been apart for so many years. In a matter of minutes, we bonded over Rockband, food and our Yee-ness. Here are a few reasons why Yees rock:

1) We are good at happy hours
2) We can take one look at one another and know what the other is thinking
3) We're hospitable people...until we are not hospitable anymore
4) Eating, even when we're not hungry - full even
5) Planning the next meal while we're still enjoying the current meal - this also applies for drinks
6) We rock at Mahjong
7) We're good at making fun of non-Yees (sorry Brzsteck)
8) We can stay up late without pooping out early
9) There aren't too many of us, so we're pretty unique (although we are growing, Yee-Brzstecks are still considered Yees)
10) All non-Yees want to be Yees
