True Story

Me: Can you help me get a piece of pork since you're getting yourself some?

Chris: You're so lazy! You've been asking me to get you stuff all through lunch. Can't you get it yourself?

Me: I can't help it if you pick the dishes I want too!

Chris: Whatever.

Me: Maybe it's a brother-sister thing. Here, try to guess what I want next.

Pause while my brother tries to read my mind.

Chris: No, I am not getting you some chicken.

Me: Wrong! I want some pop.

Pause.

Chris: Actually, I was thinking that I want some pop too.

haha! i do something similar to my younger cousin. only i dont ask him for something, i just wait for him to get it for himself, then i take it off his plate and make him go get another one for himself! and if you do this long enough (ive been doing this for about...um...all his life) he becomes trained to just know what you want and bring an extra one for you when he gets something for himself. its pretty damn awesome =)
